any home remedies for high blood pressure for peeps in 20s?

my bf was showing these high blood pressure symptoms late in the evening……i know he was stressed……..any home demedies to keep him on the track?

Normally, high blood pressure has no symptoms. What symptoms are you referring to? When a person actually has symptoms relating to hypertension it is a medical emergency (look up hypertensive urgency or hypertensive emergency). Also, if he is in his 20's he should see a doctor, as longstanding high blood pressure shortens life, to be brief about it.

Well - if he's using any drugs, stop, if he's drinking alcohol, stop (I know - maybe high blood pressure is better) and especially try to get rid of all causes of stress. Do lots of excercise and eat healthy - if he's overweight try to lose weight as the additional weight puts more stress on the heart which makes you feel unwell.

If he's got serious symptoms of high blood pressure and he's quite young and not doing any of the naughty things mentioned above then get checked out by a doc!

Here are my top 5 picks, and then some:

Ginkgo Biloba highly popular worldwide for its antioxidant, *circulation-promoting, and memory-enhancing properties. Researchers are excited about the positive effects Ginkgo Biloba has shown in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, peripheral vascular insufficiency affecting vision, *hypertension, angina, and impaired cerebral blood flow.
    ————-
Hawthorn Berry is a natural drug for organic and functional heart disorders such as dyspnea, rapid and feeble heart action, hypertrophy, valvular insufficiency sufficiency, and heart oppression.
If the heart, its valves, and other working parts are in a weakened condition and need quick help, use this great heart food or tonic to assist it back to health.
    ————-
Coenzyme Q10 is essential to human life. It plays a role in the electron transport chain, one of the body's energy-producing cycles that converts food into energy. Research indicates that supplementation with this nutrient will support normal *heart function and provide antioxidant protection.
    ————-
Garlic intake has been linked with lowering blood pressures. Take either enteric coated capsules or fresh garlic cloves. Allicin is thought to be the ingredient that brings down the blood pressure.
    ——————
Hypertension is the medical term for high blood pressure. Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of arteries as it flows through them. Arteries are the blood vessels that carry oxygenated blood from the heart to the body's tissues.
Hypertension is an abnormal increase of blood pressure in the arteries continuing over a period of time. It occurs when the arterioles, the small blood vessels that branch off from the arteries, become constricted.
    —————–
Lifestyle changes that will reduce blood pressure include:

*Reduce table salt intake, use Sea-Salt instead.
    *Reduce bad-fat intake.
    *Lose weight.
    *Exercise regularly.
    *Don't smoke.
    *Don't use alcohol.
    *Avoid stress.
    —————-
    Medicate Naturally
Natural remedies will lower and prevent hypertension. Aromatherapy as a treatment option uses essential oils either inhaled from a bottle in times of anxiety or massaged daily into the skin at bedtime in the area beneath the collarbone. Blue chamomile and lavender are known for their stress relief and relaxation effects.
    —————–
"Let Food Be Your Medicine….." - Hippocrates
Food therapy has been shown to affect blood pressure. Muscles that regulate blood pressure have been noted to dilate with the intake of celery; celery juice has also been found to have a mild diuretic effect. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables, which are high in potassium and magnesium, lowers systemic sodium and fluid levels in the circulatory system. A 2001 study showed that reducing intake of sodium decreases blood pressure in participants with or without hypertension.
    ————–
    Relax & Meditate
Relaxation and meditation can help lower blood pressure. Focusing on relaxing music can also slow the heart rate and lower blood pressure, as can imagery.
    ————-
Switching to a good near vegetarian natural diet would be a good place to start, there is no downside to eating right. More fiber, less sugar and fat, and more fruits, vegetables and grains are all great for the heart.
    ————
    ALSO:

    *Lecithin
    *Brewer's Yeast
*Calcium & Magnesium: citrate, gluconate, or amino acid chelated form.
    *Potassium
    *Wheat germ
    *Omega 3 Oils
    *Vitamin C
    *Vitamin E
    *Vitamin B-complex
    *Drink Lots of Good Water

Try and find out how to handle the stress first, and try to eliminate that. Sitting them down having them close their eyes take deep breaths comfortably, not hyper-ventalating. Eliminate salt from the diet completely, no fast food, and buy Mrs Dash a spice in any major grocery store that tastes like salt but isnt. It tastes better. No caffeine, cigarettes, cigars, and cut down on sugar as well in all foods. Take aspirin everyday, and red wine vinegar if they can drink it straight is a home remedy a glass per day. Red wine was always recommended by physicians but that has alcohol and red wine vinegar does not. That has now become the replacement for the red wine theory.

garlic is best homeremedy but remember to crush it and keep it aside for 15 min and then add to what ever u are cooking or just take raw form as heating immediately after crushing may kill its curative properties bcos of inactivation of enzymes.
ask him to do simple breathing exercise for 5 to 10 min every time when he feels stress

I'm not a native English speaker, so I don't know what "peeps in 20s" mean. But against high blood pressure: Garlic, eat a lot of it, and make a cure: 50 g garlic in 2 dl vodka or pure spirit. Leave for 14 days, drain. 15 drops in water twice a day.. Lavender oil is also good, blend with some almond oil or the like and apply, as in a massage, or buy a burner. There are other oils that helps too. If he's ur boyfriend, blend Ylang-ylang & lavender in almond oil and give him a nice massage!!
